The main floor of this split-level home is an open floor plan consisting of the living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and dining room, which leads to a spacious lanai offering a sneak peak of the ocean in the distance. On the second level you will find two bedrooms that share a jack & jill bathroom, as well as the laundry facilities. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom occupies the top floor of the home and offers many views through its large windows and private lanai. You may even catch a sunset in the distance.

We enjoyed our stay in Hale Laulea. We'll miss the views from the first floor windows onto the green tropical foliage, relaxing on the back deck, and coming back to a lovely home after our days exploring the North Shore of Kauai. Many of the places in Princeville seem to overlook a golf course or other rentals. We loved the windows in this home and enjoyed green backyard views. There are even 'peeps' from the third floor primary bedroom of the ocean and the Napali Coast Mountains. Comfortable, clean, well appointed home. We had chosen this stay partly bc of the a/c, and ended up not needing it with the Feb. temps being cool enough without the ac. There were a few issues that could be easily fixed - and the reason for the 4 rather than 5 star rating. (sent email directly to mgt. with the issues).
